Photorealism
It first started of in america in the 1960, it is where a painting looks like a photo and looks very real. and it has become very popular in art galleries it is art movement Photo-realists typically projected a photographed image onto a canvas and then used an airbrush to reproduce the effect of a photo printed on glossy paper.

Out of these games i like photorealism more because it makes the experience a lot better. and jet set radio is to childish.

Exaggeration is used in games, mostly in RPGs, this art style is used for anime and manga typically, this art style is where the artist exaggerates many things within the game, mostly games with a Japanese influence.
